Campo40 Coach Agreement

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

1. Relationship

The Coach provides services independently. Unless expressly agreed in
writing, this Agreement does not create an employment, partnership,
joint venture, or agency relationship between the Coach and Campo40.

2. Profile, Qualifications and Availability

The Coach must provide accurate and current information, maintain their
availability, and ensure they hold any qualifications, permits,
insurance, background checks, certifications, or other requirements
applicable to the coaching services they provide.

3. Rates and Payments

The Coach sets their hourly coaching rate, subject to Campo40 policies.
Players pay for coaching sessions through Campo40 or its designated
payment processor for bookings made through the Platform.

4. 15% Platform Fee

The Coach expressly authorizes Campo40 to retain a
15% platform fee from the gross eligible coaching amount booked
through Campo40.

The remaining 85% represents the Coach’s gross payout
amount, subject to authorized refunds, chargebacks, taxes, withholding
requirements, and other permitted adjustments.

5. Monthly Payout

Campo40 generally calculates and issues eligible Coach payouts at the
end of each month. Payouts may be subject to payment
processing times and any unresolved refunds, disputes, chargebacks,
fraud reviews, or cancellations.

6. Taxes and Business Responsibilities

The Coach is responsible for their own taxes, expenses, equipment,
transportation, licences, permits, and appropriate insurance unless
expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Conduct and Cancellations

Coaches must provide their services professionally and safely, comply
with applicable Campo40 cancellation policies, and treat players and
other Platform users respectfully.

Serious or repeated misconduct, unsafe behaviour, policy violations, or
inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of the
Coach’s access to Campo40.

8. No Guaranteed Bookings

Campo40 does not guarantee the Coach any minimum number of bookings,
clients, coaching hours, or revenue.

9. Fee Changes

The current Campo40 platform fee is 15%. A different
fee will not be silently applied to existing bookings.

Campo40 may change its platform fee for future bookings. Material
changes may require advance notice and/or renewed acceptance by the
Coach.

10. Acceptance

By checking the Coach Agreement box during registration
or account setup, the Coach confirms that they:

• Have read and understood this Coach Agreement;
• Authorize Campo40 to retain the 15% platform fee;
• Understand the month-end payout arrangement;
• Agree to comply with Campo40’s Terms of Use; and
• Acknowledge Campo40’s Privacy Policy.
