Create Your Free Coach Account

Start by selecting Sign Up and choose
Tennis Coach as your account type.

Complete the registration form with your name, email,
phone number, sex, username and password.

Your phone number already includes the fixed
+1 country code, so you only need to enter
your 10-digit Canadian or U.S. phone number.

Before creating your account, you will be asked to accept
the Campo40 Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Coach Agreement.

The Coach Agreement includes the Campo40
15% platform fee and payment terms.

Campo40 will send a 6-digit verification code
to your email. Enter the code to activate your account.

Complete Your Coach Profile

Your Coach profile is what players see when they are looking
for someone to help improve their game.

Add as much useful information as possible, including:

• Profile photo
• Coaching biography
• Experience and specialties
• General coaching area
• Hourly coaching rate
• Availability
• Social-media information, if applicable

A complete profile helps players understand your coaching style
and decide whether you are the right coach for them.

Set Your Hourly Rate

Choose the amount you charge per hour for coaching.

Campo40 uses your hourly rate to automatically calculate
the cost when a player books one or multiple sessions.

Add Your Availability

Add the days and times when you are available to coach.

Keep your availability updated so players only see times
when you are genuinely available.

Depending on the schedule options available,
you can also repeat availability for upcoming weeks.

Campo40 Collects the Payment

The player pays for the coaching session directly through
the Campo40 portal.

You do not need to collect payment from the player yourself
for a Campo40 booking.

Campo40 handles the transaction and records the booking
in the platform.

Complete the Coaching Session

Meet the player at the agreed court or facility and provide
the coaching session as booked.

Make sure any additional facility or court requirements
are clearly communicated to the player.

Get Paid Within 24 Hours

Once an eligible coaching booking is completed,
Campo40 processes your coach payout.

Campo40 retains a 15% platform fee
from the eligible booked coaching amount.

The remaining 85% is payable to the coach,
subject to any applicable refunds, disputes, chargebacks
or other adjustments permitted under the Coach Agreement.

How the 15% Fee Works

There is no fee simply to create your Coach profile.
Campo40 earns its fee only when you receive an eligible booking
through the platform.

Manage Your Bookings

Use your Coach Dashboard to keep track of your coaching activity,
upcoming bookings and availability.

Keep your schedule current so players can continue booking
sessions that work for you.

If you temporarily do not want to receive new bookings,
you can hide or deactivate your Coach profile until you are ready again.
