Create Your Free Account

Start by creating a Campo40 account and selecting
Tennis Player as your account type.

Complete the registration form with your basic information,
including your name, email address, phone number, sex,
tennis level and password.

You can also add your Facebook and Instagram profiles if you wish.

Your phone number already includes the +1 country code,
so you only need to enter your 10-digit Canadian or U.S. phone number.

Before creating your account, you will be asked to agree to the
Campo40 Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Player Participation Agreement.

Once your account is created, Campo40 will email you a
6-digit verification code.
Enter the code to verify your account.

Complete Your Player Profile

After logging in, go to My Profile.

Add information that helps other players understand who you are
and whether you may be a good match to play with.

• Profile photo
• Tennis level
• Sex
• Club or general playing area
• Court preference
• About Me information
• Phone number
• Facebook and Instagram links

A complete profile makes it easier for other Campo40 members
to decide whether they would like to play with you.

Add Your Availability

Open the Availability section inside My Profile.

Turn your availability switch ON when you want
other players to find you.

When your availability is switched OFF, you will not appear
as available for new matches.

Select the day and time you are available to play.

You can also choose how many weeks you want that availability
to repeat, up to 12 weeks.

You can add different availability for different days
and update or remove your times whenever your schedule changes.

Send a Match Request

Select Request This Match.

Campo40 sends the other player a match request.
They can then Accept or Decline
your invitation.

The request also appears in their Campo40 account.

When configured, Campo40 can also send match notifications
by email and text message.

What Happens If They Don’t Answer?

Campo40 helps prevent match requests from staying unanswered indefinitely.

If the player has not responded after approximately
12 hours, Campo40 sends a reminder.

If there is still no response after another 12 hours,
the request is automatically cancelled after approximately
24 hours total.

You can then request another player or select a different available time.

When a Match Is Accepted

Once the other player accepts your request,
the match is confirmed through Campo40.

You and the other player are responsible for confirming
the exact court, location and any court reservation requirements.

Campo40 helps you connect with players,
but ordinary recreational matches are arranged between the players themselves.

Book a Tennis Coach

Want to improve your game?
Select Find a Coach from Campo40.

Coach profiles can show information such as:

• Coach profile and biography
• Coaching area
• Availability
• Hourly coaching rate
• Other coaching information

Select an available date and time and choose the session
or sessions you would like to book.

Campo40 automatically calculates the cost based on the coach’s hourly rate
and the number of hours booked.

Payment is processed through Campo40 using the available payment system.

Join a Tournament

Open the Tournaments section to see upcoming Campo40 events.

Tournament information can include:

• Tournament dates
• Location
• Tennis level
• Entry fee
• Number of available spots
• Tournament format

Select the tournament you want to join and complete the registration.

Once registration is complete and the tournament organizer publishes
the draw, you can view the tournament bracket.

Tournament scores and results are updated by the administrator,
and winners automatically advance through the bracket.

Find a Tennis Court

Campo40 also includes a tennis court directory.

Select Tennis Courts from your Dashboard
to search public, club and private tennis facilities
throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

You can search and filter the directory to help find
a convenient place to play.
