Campo40 Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Campo40.
By creating an account or using the Campo40 Platform, you agree
to these Terms.

1. Campo40 Platform

Campo40 is a tennis platform designed to help users:

Find other tennis players;
Arrange recreational tennis matches;
Find and book tennis coaches;
Register for tournaments and events; and
Find tennis courts and facilities.

Campo40 facilitates connections between users but does not supervise
ordinary recreational matches arranged between players.

2. User Accounts

When creating and using a Campo40 account, users agree to:

Provide accurate and current information;
Keep their account credentials secure;
Use the Platform for legitimate purposes;
Treat other players, coaches, and users respectfully; and
Comply with these Terms and applicable Campo40 policies.

Fraud, harassment, unlawful conduct, payment circumvention, abuse of
the Platform, or other serious or repeated misuse may result in
suspension or termination of an account.

3. Matches and Acknowledgement of Risk

Users are responsible for deciding whether, where, when, and with whom
they choose to play tennis.

Tennis and related physical activities involve inherent and ordinary
risks, including but not limited to:

Slips, trips, and falls;
Collisions with players, objects, or equipment;
Muscle strains, sprains, and joint injuries;
Being struck by a tennis ball or racquet;
Heat, sun exposure, and weather conditions;
Equipment-related injuries; and
Unsafe, wet, damaged, or unsuitable court conditions.

Campo40 does not guarantee another user’s identity, tennis level,
conduct, reliability, compatibility, or availability.

Users should exercise reasonable judgment and appropriate caution,
particularly when meeting another user for the first time.

4. Coaches and Coaching Services

Campo40 allows players to find and book tennis coaches through the
Platform. Coaching sessions may be paid services, and applicable
prices will be displayed before payment.

Coaches provide their coaching services independently and are
responsible for the services they provide, subject to the applicable
Campo40 Coach Agreement and policies.

5. Tournaments and Events

Campo40 may allow users to register for tournaments and other
tennis-related events.

Tournament requirements may vary by event, including:

Eligibility requirements;
Tennis level or division;
Registration fees;
Dates and times;
Location;
Competition format;
Rules of play; and
Cancellation and refund policies.

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable tournament
information before registering.

6. Payments and Refunds

Certain Campo40 services require payment, including coach bookings
and some tournament registrations.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party
payment processor. Applicable prices and fees will be displayed
before the user completes payment.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable Campo40
cancellation and refund policies and any specific terms displayed
when the service is purchased.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer or other legal
rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Communications

Campo40 may send users operational and service-related communications
necessary to operate the Platform. These may include:

Account verification codes;
Match requests;
Match-request reminders;
Match acceptance or rejection notifications;
Match cancellations or expirations;
Coach booking confirmations and updates;
Tournament registration confirmations and notices;
Payment and refund information; and
Account or security notifications.

8. User Conduct

Users must not use Campo40 to engage in fraudulent, abusive,
threatening, harassing, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

Users must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of
Campo40, impersonate another person, misuse another user’s information,
or intentionally circumvent applicable Campo40 payment processes,
fees, or policies.

Campo40 may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably
necessary to protect Campo40, its users, or the integrity of the
Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Campo40 is not
responsible for injuries, losses, damages, disagreements, or disputes
arising from independently arranged recreational activities or
interactions between users.

This includes ordinary player-to-player matches arranged through the
Platform where Campo40 does not supervise or control the activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally
be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy

Your use of Campo40 is also subject to the
Campo40 Privacy Policy, which explains how Campo40
collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.

11. Other Campo40 Agreements and Policies

Depending on how you use Campo40, additional agreements or policies
may apply, including:

Campo40 Player Participation Agreement & Acknowledgement of Risk;
Campo40 Coach Agreement;
Campo40 Privacy Policy;
Applicable cancellation and refund policies; and
Specific tournament or event rules.

These documents form part of the rules governing the applicable
Campo40 services.

12. Changes to These Terms

Campo40 may update these Terms as the Platform, its services, or legal
requirements change.

The updated Terms will indicate the date they were last revised.
Where a change is material, Campo40 may provide additional notice or
request renewed acceptance where appropriate or required.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and
the applicable federal laws of Canada.
